The Law Firm Detvai Ludik Malý Udvaros consists of six partners, ten associates, one consultant, four secretaries and five assistants.

Partners:

JUDr. Štefan Detvai graduated at the Comenius University School of Law in Bratislava in 1969 and practises in the area of business and commercial law intellectual property law, criminal and civil litigation, labour law and securities law. In addition to his practise, he serves his fourth term as the President of the Slovak Bar Association. He earned his law degree juris doctor from the Comenius University School of Law in 1974. Mr. Detvai is an co-author of the "Advocacy Law" draft. From 1969 till 1990 he was a member of the Regional Union of Advocates.

JUDr. Zoltán Ludik (1956) graduated at the School of Law of the Comenius University in 1980. In 1980 he started to work at the county court in Bratislava. In 1981 he obtained the Juris Doctor title. From 1981 till 1991 he was a member of the county association of advocates.
He participated on the preparation of the Advocacy Act. He is a member of the Slovak Bar Association. He was elected to the audit commissions several times consecutively and is a member of the disciplinary commission of the Slovak Bar Association at the moment, whereby he is the chairman of a disciplinary senate.
He is also member of several foreign advocate organizations such as DACH, ABA, IPBA – Inter-Pacific Bar Association, Lawyer Network.
He has extensive knowledge in company law, commercial law, joint ventures, securities, real estates, bank law, international commercial law, civil law and intellectual property law.

JUDr. Jozef Malý graduated at the Comenius University School of Law in 1980 and has developed his expertise in business and commercial law. His experience involves real estate law, privatisation, joint ventures, securities law and labour law. He earned a juris doctor degree from the Comenius University School of Law in 1982. He worked at the Ministry of Finance in 1980 and Central Commitee for Sport, 1983-1990. He is a member of the Slovak Bar Association, DACH, IPBA and ABA.
Mr. Malý has also lectured and made presentations on a variety of topics on several occasions.

JUDr. Ladislav Udvaros has been admitted to practise business and commercial law. His work focuses on civil and real estate law as well as labour law. He was also involved in several civil and criminal litigations. He earned his juris doctor degree from the Comenius University School of Law in 1978. Mr. Udvaros cooperated to prepare the draft of the "Advocacy Law". He was a member of the Regional Union of Advocates 1973-1990 and is a member of the Slovak Bar Association (Supervisory Board), DACH.
